Top Gear on top form :)
Last night's Top Gear was great, loved every minute :thumb: so thought I'd start a thread for fans, if I'm the only one, then so be it:thumb:
I know there is another Top Gear thread but most of the comments make the TG presenters look like Mensa applicants :D |
Nice scooby on there :D

Great programme last night :thumb:

Best of the series by far
Actually chuckled at "lesbionics" |

loved it, was a good one. you cant take it seriously so for those watching it and picking faults all the time watch something.
if its that popular worldwide then they must be doing something right for all these years. |

I. Loved it. Like seeing you can get a scooby for £1500. Our licence paid for that!

Hats off to Hammond for fixing the Scooby :notworthy

What a hero :notworthy

Interesting that the only car that didn't break seriously was the BMW though!

You just know they were followed everywhere by several trucks full of parts, equipment and mechanics, plus a fleet of Winnebago's. If you think any of them slept in their cars then you may as well believe Will Smith knocked out that alien with one punch.

Cracking show as usual. :thumb:
Keep up the good work. |
Winnebegos lol, they're flown back to a Protea hotel every night

No sh1t!! The concept of making a TV programme is obviously still quite new to you isn't it? :lol1:
However, for me that sort of messing about does let them down. The stuff about taking bits off each car (and the rear window out the scooby fitting the BMW) is just daft for the sake of being daft. It would actually be better if they did it more of a Long Way Round style and were just honest. I think it insults the viewer becase apart from that it was excellent seeing what could be done, the views, the roads etc. All excellent viewing just let down (slightly) by the "this is TG we need to mess about a bit" mentality. |
