Guys after abit of information, ive noticed over the past week, that when the cars locked and the next morning the passengers window down, and has been happening on and off, i'm pretty sure no ones broken into it, as nothing missing, i'm mean the ash tray is full of coins, cd's in the car, the other day the driver side was slightly open, any ideas??

A mate had a similar problem with a TT, from memory there was a fault in the central locking control unit.

check how wet the passenger footwell is under the carpet,
as mentioned the drain off`s clog up and the water then comes into the cabin and runs down to the CCU(comfort control unit),
dont start trying to take it apart if its flooded, fill the surrounding area with cat lit or something to soak it up, and unblock the drain off`s.
