located where the bottom hose joins the block from rad. two 10mm bolts. housing comes off and the thermostat is there. out with the old in with the new. housing back on and tighten up. refil by removing the hose on the expansion tank with goes to the turbo. have the cap off and using a funnel refil using a mix of water+antifreeze slowly and dont let it glug. when yuou see fluid appear from the bottom of the expansion tank you can replace the hose you are refilling through and top up normally.this is the best way to refill without causing airlocks. set heaters to full, replace cap and start up. idle till the fans kick in and check heaters are blowing hot. simple job really just takes time refilling. if airlocks occur it can not be bled, its a drain and refill jobbie.
