fitting neutral position switch on new age sti box
 
never fitted one of these before but i know i need to so have a new one here ready to fire in, is there a best way to attack it as i know there supposed to be pita.

all I do is remove the intercooler and unbolt the pitch stopper. then go underneath and loosen the gearbox cradle bolts from the body and drop the rear of the box down a touch, Reach over the top of the box whilst still underneath and slacken off with a spanner. then remove old switch.

Rob - need to fit one to mine. Whats the pitch stopper you refer to?
I'm pretty handy and have hydraulic jack and axle stands but is it do-able laid on your back on the drive?

As Rob said, however I had to undo by centre section from the downpipe to allow a little more drop.

Do able on your back on your drive, yes.

Pitch stop is the gearbox mount under the intercooler at the top.
