I'll probably be going on a 4 day Citrix Admin course shortly - I know 2 of our customers are using Citrix, but am wondering how much it is used generally.

Is this a useful thing to have under your belt?

We use it :) We're a FTSE100 company, so not exactly small ;)

I would say its becoming an increasingly common way of delivering specifc applications to people. - So yes worth having.

It is the Dogs danglies mate.

Especially the web interface. Run all our apps from a browser

P1Fanatic 16 May 2002 07:50 PM

Yep we use it for a few remote apps but nothing widespread. I remember the days when it first crept up when I was on my uni placement. Computacenter were pushing it in a big way.

Never used it personally - understand that it is getting popular. How does it compare with Terminal Services?
