And just like the Playbook, that site has crashed. Reliability is not Blackberry's middle name, no messaging for weeks in 2012, that's not easily forgotten.

I managed to get it to load, in other news penny sweets are selling more than diamond rings, shocker.

mart360 31 January 2013 12:19 PM

Bit like saying a Nissan micra is better than a Bentley because they sell more..

I'm pretty sure I played with one of those recently, it didn't seem too bad but I got totally stuck with it, couldn't go back to the home screen! Actually asked the bloke in the shop in the end & he'd had the same problem & threw a few expletives about it! Then proceeded to produce some drag down menu which really didn't want to appear. Totally crazy.

In one you mean which was resolved with an update

Was it? what 6.1? the Apple forums are still full of the same signal issues, as I'm sure you already know ;)

My iPad has no problem with my WiFi.

Sure, my Samsung Tab and Nexus s phone has better Wifi signal, but they all work.

So, in comparison the iPad is worse for WiFi reception :-)

Apple must be in lots of trouble if Rim can produce a device better than the alleged best tablet

Yes, but they were on sale for £99. I don't know is the new OS changed things, but you couldn't get email without tethering to a Blackberry.... (i.e. stupid).

dpb 02 February 2013 10:31 AM

I get mail on mine, not managed/bothered to tether as yet

99 would be stupendous
