EE Mobile Broad Band

Sooo I am wayyy behind the times on this kind of thing now.
But I am consdiering going for their mobile BB router on an 18 month contract.

My current connection at home is <1mb/sec and getting slower. There will be no FTTC for a looooong time.

So my question.. I currently use 12 - 18gb a month on my web connection.

Their max is 8gb. On the website it says you can buy top ups? Is this possible for the router?

Also, if not - does anyone know the cost per MB or GB once you go over you limit.

Lastly - anyone know if there will be an "unlimited" or 20+GB option any time soon? Saves hassle if I sign upto 18 month contract..

I'm on an old Orange/EE contract for BB and I get an unlimited allowance for £5 a month. If you're an EE mobile customer you should get a discount. Sorry, probably not too much help!

Their mobile plans are not very forgiving. The best I can see is £25.99 for 8GB.

Virgin do an unlimited mobile plan for (from memory) £15 a month on a month-by-month contract. Worth a look?
