Courier for a dishwasher collection?
 

Can anyone recommend a courier company please?

It's a non business transaction, and it's white goods, so that seems to rule out most couriers? It would be from one end of England to the other.

Also do any courier companies provide packing/protection or does the item have to be properly wrapped for collection?

As Puff says its probably a pallet job which will give more protection than just packing it up as pallets only tend to be lifted mechanically whereas if its just packed and wrapped they tend to chuck them about a lot more. We use Interlink for most of our stuff with no problems at all.
