My car doesnt have ABS and was wondering if it should have its a 1995 wrx...

Most don't, I think it was an optional extra, not often taken.

Nope, a few do have it, but it was an option avaliable form the start.

Hmm? My MY93 WRX has ABS I think. Hell its even written in big letters.

Some do, some don't
I have ABS on my WRX MY94 5-door

The ABS unit is a 'big block' with lots of brake pipes, in the front left of the engine bay (as seen from the front), in front of the airfilter assembly
STi's have the intercooler water spay reservoir here
