Idle Control Valve 2004 wrx

Hi Guys

My idle control valve has gone and was wondering if anyone can help. Justrung up Subaru they want £300 for it. I have cleaned it and still no luck.Anyone go any ideas or have one for sale at all.

I'm not very mechanically minded but realised recently that my 04 WRX idles irregularly when stationary (between 500 & 1200). Do you think that I need to clean/replace this part too?
