Scotland should just feck off.

Except in doing so they'll turn into an unimportant small country outside the pound and outside the EU. And so sadly I fear we are stuck with them. :-(

DYK 20 February 2014 07:08 AM

I was in Scotland on Monday, got talking to a guy and he said to me that him and people he drinks with in a pub he goes to in Glasgow want to vote NO.
Salmond is on an Ego trip he said.

If they were to go independent, the Scot's would live in fear. With it being an oil rich country will little in the way of defence, they'd be ripe for invasion...ahem...liberation from the Scottish dictator Alex 'Shrek' Salmond. That way Scotland will still be independent but we the 'Coalition of the Willing' will get all the oil. :lol1:

I feel sorry for the Scots. If they vote No they get to carry on being governed by a government led by a slimiy self serving egotist and if they vote Yes they get to be governed by a government led by a slimy self serving egotist. A military coup would seem to be the best option :thumb:

Personally Yes seems the best vote and just hope the EU keep their promise not to let you in! Happy Days :D

In all seriousness though those English saying they should just f**k off and the likes are ignorant, Scotland is one of the best parts of the UK and frankly the Scots are on average a better class of person than the English!

That would be the only reason I would actually vote yes TBH. :lol1:

Going by some of the comments I've seen no wonder some Scots have a bee in their bonnets with the English, and yet most English wonder why no one North of the border support the English when it comes to football?

The comment about Football just strikes me as completely bizarre/barely relevant.

The England/Scotland thing goes back waaaaaay further than that :lol1:

Probably need more than a big NO vote to keep Salmond quiet :)

Perhaps he'll go for the Irish option and insist on another vote as the Paddies did on the EU bail out thing.

Salmonds a pleb, but he's no bigger a pleb than any politician South of the border either.

If your going to pull me up about a simple spelling mistake lets look at you're continuous mistakes, When I went to school I was taught to put a full stop at the end of each sentence. People in glass houses should not throw stones d1ckhead.

If you want a world without spin, I suggest you first look at the press, they are primary source and reason for political spin

Full stop where?

For the jocks to have a military coup they would have to recruit some soldiers. The current jock Battalions and Regiments are held together by Fijian and other F&C soldiers. The jocks have always been undermanned and will continue to be so.

English and Welsh Battalions where sacrificed to keep the Haggis Munchers and Salmond happy whn the SDSR was announced. Independence would see a lot of Defence, Civil Service and Training money leaving Scotland. They would also have to equip their military from their own budget.
