Just wanna say a big thankyou to gary at keith micheals for saving me another £100 this morning on the subaru. Recieved my renewal letter this morning, phoned up and dealt with all within less then 10mins

Just a shame that in 3 years of trying to get him to call me back / respond to PMs he never replies and I have to give my business to other companies :(

Frustrated having yet again had no response when renewal is due in a couple of weeks!!

exact same thing with me Gary, i also tried to call and pm you but nothing back, is there anyway you can sort out some other way of us contacting you? ive gone withy greenlight this year but its always good to have some options as ive been with you before

So to be fair to Gary here, he's got in touch and given me a great quote for renewal, saving me a chunk of cash.

So well worth getting in touch with him :thumb::thumb::thumb:

I dont understand why keith michaels dont just designate more than one person to deal with subaru quotes

Patience is they key here. Yes it can be quite annoying to get to gary but when your getting say 100 quotes per day roughly, people will get left until the next day or too.

Simple fact is

If you cant be asked to wait for a great price and some good savings stop moaning and send your business else where

If you want a good deal with good customer service then be patient

Ive had to phone keith micheals regarding a few issues but its all sorted with no trouble

I wasn't moaning at all, although I know plenty of people do. I respect the effort that Gary puts in but I just think that KM as an employer should look at the amount of work Gary is bringing in through the subaru community and increase the size of the team.

The insurers (and customers) like the fact i know about the cars.

I do have someone to help me when i get too busy (Matt) but this is only a very new thing, and we're still working on it.

Matt actually sorted my insurance back in September when Gary was away. Saved me £200 on my Sky renewal quote. :thumb:
