MAF question, AFR readings etc, can anyone offer advice?

Okay, managed to get some results today as my 2003 blobeye Impreza WRX feels like it has slightly lost some performance, and has a hesitation in 5th gear on part throttle (not when floored)...

MAF reading was 210.1

AFR on boost is 11.4

Boost is peaking at 20psi and holding slightly less.

The MAF reading did not go over 210, it has been cleaned but I know what these things are like. Is that a figure that would suggest it is working correctly, or incorrectly? When you unplug it, the engine light appears, but the car does not cut out. There are no other codes stored in the ECU. No air leaks, funny noises etc from engine bay, no taps, no pinking etc...

Car Spec: 2003 Impreza WRX PPP running Stage 1 setup including Walbro uprated fuel pump, Mongoose full system including de-cat/ turbo downpipe, HKS mushroom filter (checked and is clean), HKS Super blow off valve. This is the dyno print out from work carried out before I bought the car...

All the mods were carried out before I bought the car.

Any help/advice greatly appreciated. :)
