brake pad uneven wear
 

what would cause uneven pad wear? when we pulled the pads from my porsche calipers 3 of the pads all looked the same (around 4mm of material left) and 1 of the pads was down to the metal

i had no brake judder at all and all the pistons in the calipers moved ok so dont know what caused it,i hope its nothing serious as i dont want the same to happen to my new pads

my 2 piece ap rotors were heavily worn-so much so that the grooves had gone completely

any ideas? i think it was the inner pad of the O/S caliper
