Apexi Power FC sensor checks

at the sensor check, i got BLACK DOTS on the following;

IGN
MRL
NTR

As soon as the rex is started and running, another DOT appeared on;
FPC

What does this mean???

Black dots mean they are on

Ign = ignition
Ntr = neutral

Not sure on mrl
