That's strange....mine have sticky out bits on the bottom that need to be drilled into the bumper? Do they differ?

Only the full lower grilles that cover the black plastic part need drilling I think.

Mine did to! Really easy! stick on some masking tape! Mark 70mm from back step! Cross were the sticky things are lol! They said use a 4mm drill I used a 3mm (tighter fit, less movement)
Slot in the grill! Screw in the 4 self tappers at the top
Simples :D
