do all insurance companies know if you have mods?
 

we all know someone or are people who either forget or for other reasons havent informed our insurance companies of mods, but are they all linked to each other? so if you told one insurance company would the other know?

A friend of mines told there insurancecompany about a remap and they increased his premium to over 400 pouns per year, which is quite unfair, hes now with sky insurance for alot cheaper, but i ws thinking are insurance companies sharing info about mods?

i dont have a sports car so question doesnt relate to me.
