Went along to the GTi show with some mates, saw the scoobies in the parking area! nice prodrive rear spoiler on the MY02 and nice clean p1! :)

It was me! went along with a couple of mates, but was a bit disappointed with the lack of performance!!! had a bit of hassle with the police for the plates on my car!!! nuthin better to do i suppose!. There was a black my98 and a silver my01 with UK300 spoiler I spotted. And they wouldn't let me run the 1/4 mile either!!

Oh yeh, just remembered saw a Silver 5dr between West Ashton and Yrnbrook with twin headlights, and lots of mesh 98my I think, and I waved but nuthin back!. Also waved to a Reddish blue 98my but alas no reply!

thats cool, nice plate though, was that a standard exhaust? looked shiny! and a lot cleaner than my p1! (hmm..time to clean it perhaps.. ;)

yes, lack of performance on the 1/4 mile strip..but that grey audi quattro sure did move! think it was sub 4 secs!!!

Cheers! The exhaust is a Scoobysport downpipe, with a Magnex straight thru centre, and the 3.5' Magnex backbox. Sounds great, and is good value in my opinion. Missed the Audi, but have seen it at Castle Combe and it is very,very rapid!. Saw a couple of quick golfs tho, a foreign one with massive back wheels, and loadsa boost.
Like I said earlier, was gutted they wouldn't let me run the 1/4
(probably a bit scared of being shown up!) They've got a track day this sat at Castle Combe so will probably pop up there as its local!
