What wheels are this

I have a uk 99 impreza but its on 17inch subaru wheels, are these standard wheels for my model, has i did not think they come with 17 inch wheels. Thanks

Also what your views on best colour wheels for a silver car, thinking gloss black my partner dont like gold.

Yeah, anything but gold! Black looks nice on silver cars.
