How do you find the price difference in v power to tesco m99 where you are?

Down here my local shell is often 10p per litre above tescos, and even more in other areas of town?

Cannon Fodder 19 September 2012 04:55 PM

Where in Crawley is that then TT? :D

alcazar 19 September 2012 05:10 PM

Fekking Shell: had TWO fuel stations here, one opposite Asda, one in town. The Asda one kept both prices reasonable, they shut that one:mad:

THEN, they banged the other one's price up by 3-4p a litre, now that's gone too: too dear for a depressed town:mad:

NOW we are stuck with Tossco, who regularly run out of Momentum and "don't know when it's coming in, sorry..."

tesco is about 6p cheaper than the other shell in the town.
i use momentum as tesco is near me but when this opens i will use this one.
there are so many petrol stations in kettering they usually price match each other so there isnt a huge difference.

CharlySkunkWeed 19 September 2012 05:40 PM

They built a new Tescos station near me recently with all the 99ron signs everywhere , would've been the 1st in Northern Ireland , then the day it opened all the signs were covered over with 95ron stickers :(

stedee 19 September 2012 05:42 PM

ive got 2 tesco`s and 3 shells all within about a mile lol

The whole of total, as a petrol station is closing all of its sites and 80% of them were bought by shell. Total is pulling out of uk and going back to France. The company I work for supplies alot of petrol sites in the south east with there car care bits and we've lost alot of sites and business because of this as we cant deliver to shell sites as they have there own branded goods.

If you have a total site near you now, then its more than likely going to be a shell very soon.

My local station (a Total) is closed and in the process of being Shell-ified too :-)

I thought of either (or both) a Kebab house or a hand wash site full of Albanians and Romanians!
