US Impreza fan traveling through UK in Sept.. rally school/event suggestions?
 

Hey guys, I'm from RS25.com and new to this forum. I'm backpacking through Europe this month and I will be in the Manchester area from 23/9 to 27/9, do you have any events or ideas in mind for a diehard GC fan?

So far I'm choosing between a rally school, and have found one in Saltburn that has an opening during the week: http://www.paintballguide.co.uk/rall...8&Activ=Rally#

Do you have any suggestions about the best rally school to go to?

I have been researching and the only event I've seen is the Import Nation on the 23rd. If anyone knows of an event/car meet during this time period, I'd really appreciate it if you could let me know!

Hi welcome to sn. Shame you weren't down in oct there a meet at prodrive for 20 year anniversary . Only 300 cars allowed tho but no 13 due to there thinking of it being unlucky lol. Then you get a sticker with what no of 300 u were eg. 012/300 . But sorry no info on rally school s mate someone be here to help soon.

As of right now, the only midweek opening I see for rally is in Northamptonshire , so I will be in the area! I'll be car less but taking trains. I am planning on going to Silverstone Rally unless I hear back from a place that is less expensive http://www.silverstonerally.co.uk/ra...ng-course.html

Just booked everything! I will be arriving in Manchester at 25/9 at 18:55. On Wednesday I am doing the Bill Gwynne half day Impreza rally package!

I am flying to Amsterdam on Friday night, so I will also be around to go to the car meet on Thursday night! I am really looking forward to seeing UK, it is my first time there.

PhilPrice rally school is by far the best bang for your buck rally day .... its educational as well as awesome fun, and its in mk2 escorts and GC8 imprezas ..... might be struggling to book on such short notice though.
