Hi major service?
Timing belt (CAMBELT) is due every 3 years or 45k, id suggest you fit a full kit instead of just the belt.
Antifreeze change ,spark plugs, air filter, oil and filter ,fuel filter,
depends on what mileage/age really the last items were done.???

Transmission oil wise 75w90 castrol syntrax(now known as castrol driveline) is suitable and good with the subaru boxes and diffs.
Dave.
