Citroen C4 Coupe
Picked up 1.6HDI C4 Coupe for the Mrs yesterday for shopping and the school run...yes i know its French and things will fall off, electrics will fail etc etc but i must admit its a cracking little car for the job its intended for.
60+mpg, Cruise control, auto lights, auto wipers, front/rear parking sensors, side airbags, JBL stereo system. I did make school boy error tho. I did intend to go for a newer model but thought id save a few quid with a low mileage 2005 model thinking all 1.6HDI's were £30 a year tax. It wasnt until i bought it i found out the £30 tax are 07 models on....:brickwall...Oh well, she likes it...:lol1: A quirky car and probably not to everyones taste. http://i85.photobucket.com/albums/k4...9-06181008.jpg http://i85.photobucket.com/albums/k4...9-06180939.jpg http://i85.photobucket.com/albums/k4...9-06180919.jpg http://i85.photobucket.com/albums/k4...9-06181001.jpg |

:D They cant be that bad, the C4 has won as many WRC championships as soobraoo...:lol1: |
I think they are good looking little cars, far more interesting than the bogo Focus or Astra, plus they are much better made now than the AX/Saxo days.

Its not a bad car, did you get the 90 or 110bhp version?
My mate loves his 2011 model, I went for a c3 and for what I wanted it for, cannot really fault it, ive had 83mpg out of my 1.6 HDI :D |
Its the 110 model Tony but i think it lacks a little low end punch. Ive a 2011 Belingo van with the same engine but less power which seems to pull better from low revs. I spoke to a company in Oxford yesterday who can remap the C4 for £195 which is the route im going to take...:D

Could be the 8v and not the 16v, the 16v is a totally different beast :D
