It was at Castle Combe for Rally Day, it wasn't nice on the eyes :(

I've had an RA the whole point is for it to be light so why add loads of white on if your guna do that may aswell buy an Sti or wrx

More than likely the owner could afford the paint job, but scrimped on the arch repairs. Run a mile I'd say.
