Blob eye Spec C

Been looking to get one for a while now with no luck. Seen this on pistonheads and looks good (not sure on the turd vent tho :freak3:)

Your thoughts are much appreciated and if anybody knows the car that would be great :thumb:

Cheers

not sure its an ra.
looks like a spec c wr limited though but only way to be sure is by the chassis code.
the roof turd should just pull of as it has a vent underneath. may require a roof respray if it has damaged the paint.

go and have a look and get the chassis code but if the roof turd was removed it would look great

the ra didnt have that spoiler, but it may have been changed

I'm pretty sure the RA didn't have elecric windows or air con. Good idea about the chassis code

Only the owner knows that car as they owned it since inporting in 2008 ;)

You are mixing up classics with new age cars, the Spec C type RA was a limited edition model of 300 cars, it doesnt have the correct spoiler (should be the carbon fibre one you see on the S202), but is this what you want or do you want a wide tracked Blob Spec C?

Tony:)

PS, chassis code wont help, it will be the same as any other MY05 Spec C ;)

the ra had this spoiler fitted.

wheels look correct though, only way to be sure is to check chassis code.
it may have just had the spoiler changed and roof turd added.

looks nice otherwise, nice colour and low mileage

it is a spec c at the very least though.

Pretty sure it's just a type RA sticker :lol1: the TRA was a hawkeye, Juggers had one when I bought my WR Ltd Spec C from him.

TX.

Nah, thats where they got the sticker from, the first wide track blob to do the ring in that time ;)

Terminator X 28 August 2012 11:53 AM

Ah  do you know the owner Tony?

TX.

tubbytommy 28 August 2012 11:59 AM

i wouldnt say its not an ra until i had a look, the spoiler is not correct but it may have just been changed.

nothing on it that couldnt be returned to ra if he still has original spoiler, roof turd should just be bonded on so should remove easily.
