As new Brembos

Hi all

I have up for sale a front set of Brembos in perfect condition off a STI Hawkeye. The car has only done 12000 miles so the breaks are unmarked as you would expect.

There is a brand new set of EBC blue pads fitted and there is no lip on the discs.

The brakes are still on the car and due to come off in 2 weeks.

£500 collected.

Give your best offer and I will tell you if it is enough!

I presume I'll need bigger wheels than the standard WRX to fit these?

Depends I think, on the size of your wheels. They were running under 17 inch enkei wheels ok. The discs have a 114 fitment but may have both according to Godspeed. Worst case you could have the discs drilled to 100 if that is the size, not a big job according to Godspeed and I only live up the m4 a few miles so could get that sorted.

What track day are you on in your profile?

Indeed my pitch is 100 and I dont think these fit under WRX wheels.....something I do want to do anyway is increase the width of the stance of the WRX; do you know if STi wheels are wider or have inbuilt spacers? STi's stance seems to be wider as standard....?

Its Donington Park, just coming under Starkey's Bridge......awesome circuit:thumb::thumb::thumb:

Not really sure mate. I am sure somebody on here will know.

STi alloys have the bigger offset for the fitting of Brembo brakes. The re-drilling is easily done as already stated, I had this on my old Bugeye wagon when I fitted Brembo's.

Fitting spacers will push the sprung load outward and is not always recommended. Get the correct offset wheels and they will look just as good.

These are coming of the car tomorrow so I will post some better pictures.

New link to close up pictures. They are not off the car yet as I have to get the 355mm discs for my K Sports drilled this week then they will be ready to go.
