AST Coilovers......
 

Hi,

Is there any dealers on here that deal with AST?

Needing some advice, i just purchased a 2004 sti uk with ast coilovers on it & it seems the top mounts have gave up, the coilovers are about a year old, is there any sort of warranty on these, they were purchased from powerstation iir by previous owner.

Im under the impression (correct me if im wrong anyone) that any garage will probably take them in but just send them to powerstation (where AST UK is based) for repair so if your handy with a spanner take them off yourself and send them down to save a few quid.

I had one of mine rebuilt a while back and it cost £65, the problem was found prior to a geo setup so its lucky i use powerstation or i would have been without the car for around 4 days while they were sent away, rebuilt and tested.

Im not aware of any warranty.

ahhh i didnt know AST UK was based at powerstation, the car is booked into garage for next monday to have coilovers removed & to see what actually needs done. im just guessing its the top mounts the now.
Will arrange to get sent to powerstation if they need repaired.
