The open fish restaurants in Sharm are a must and in Luxor never believe the old "today is a special day, market only open today..." Yeah right, whatever!

transport wise you gotta try the hail and ride things....how the locals do it. What an experience and soo cheap.

Rule of thumb....they all try and rip you off. Lucky were Indian, no one gets away with that :D
