Boost pressure

Anybody know the standard boost pressure on a wr1 think I might have a leak

My boost gauge is reading is reading approx 1.1/1.2 bar,it's probably not as accurate as a laptop or else I might have a leak as there is a whining noise when its on full boost,it's not an over boost noise but sounds a bit like when a radio has some interference
