To be fair, yes he got the wrong runway but he did a hell of a job landing it on such a short runway.

It is usually easy enough to see the difference visually between a 3500 foot runway and an 11000 footer as you are flying the landing approach.

Did you read the link? It's about a B5 flying over Blackbushe with the crew thinking it was Farnborough. :wonder:
