boost creep on uk turbo problem

hi all,

ok my cars a uk turbo classic my00.
bought it standard and have just had a td05, sti topmount, exhaust, pump , stainles, cosworth panel filter, samcos and ecutek remap.

the should boost at 21psi ish (thats what it was boosting after setup and map), but sometimes isnt being controlled correctly and creeps up to atound 24psi.

the boost controller is a standard 2 port on it. the turbo has 2 nipples on compressor t-pieced to the actuator.

now what do i need to get the pressure to be controlled correctly? can i just put a bleed valve between the turbo compressor tpiece and actuator as i have an old one in the shed off my escort rs turbo. or if not what should i do??

any help would be great as i dont want this causing any damage :wonder:

other than that i love it since the remap, its like a different car :)

Ok so ive been reading up... My rig seems to be missing the pill in the hose from turbo to t piece, would this cause overboost then??

Ok what next... What pill would be needed to prevent this problem with this setup, and where do i get it from? Suited ffor td05 turbo at 20psi as in above post.

I have a manual boost controller in my shed taken off my escort turbo when i bought it... The ball on spring type, could i use that in place of a pill??

Im assuming the best remedy would be a 3port controller and map tweak when fitted, but ima bit pissed off that its all been fitted and mapped all in 1 go and they didnt pick this up, so ill have to wait until the mapper is avvaluable before i can get that done.

Thanks
