Shell Helix Ultra AG 5w 30 - fully synthetic.
This is what a main dealer sold to me for my 07/07 Hawk anyways, (top up pack) WRX STi Spec D I had an 04/54 WRX STi UK blob 5 years ago, and it was the same oil if I recall. |
Thanks for the help :)

The latest 'nanotech' range of Millers CFS does not list 10/40 but the normal CFS range is as good as pretty well anything available. JohnD |
Try opie oils.

I used Opie Oils, very quick and efficient delivery!

Another vote for Millers - 10w40 if you do lots of short journeys or a 10w50 if it runs up to temperature on most of the runs, and by temp I mean oil up to temp and not just the water:thumb:

This^^ 5/40, 10/40 or 10/50 i use the 5/40 according to "the oil man" it's the best.
Opie oils 6 litres £54 delivered. I've always used Fuch Titan and just had an engine re-build. I was told my bores, bearing and crank were in excellent condition. Re-build due to going forged, nothing to do with any oil related issues. |
I usually find that Demonoils give the best prices along with excellent service
