Spot the leak

I have removed my inlet manifold to find the source of my leaky coolant. From the pictures where are the most likely points to leak.

It puddled underneath the hard pipe that comes from the header tank.

I have mopped it up before taking the photo. To give you an idea when I had the car running on idle the puddle remained, giving it revs caused the puddle to get bigger and overflow down onto the exhaust. I could not see where it was coming from with the inlet on so I removed it to try and find out where it was coming from

Here is a pic of the underside of the inlet.

It seemed to be leaking from near the concertina part of the turbo air hose but there are no coolant lines here?

Anyway guess away and don't come back with head gasket mate because I am pretty sure it's not that.

check the supply pipe from header tank turbo, could be a split, other than that nothing really in that area, could be the pipe to your idle control valve check that aswell hope this helps wigs!

I think it may be the o ring in the crossover pipe.

And the winner is........the o rings in the crossover pipe. I replaced both even though only one was leaking. Not the worlds easiest of jobs though as the complete inlet manifold has to come off. Plus side a whopping fiver for the parts from Subaru
