Nur spec internal bitty rattle
 

Recently brought and fitted a used blitz nur spec exhaust and when it arrived I noticed when I picked it up there was a bitty rattle coming from inside the back box, i tried to shake it out and a fair amount of loose soot/carbon/cat debris dropped out. After getting as much out as possible I fitted it to the car and just assumed with a bit of spirited driving it would clear it out further, yet when you shake the exhaust on the car you can still hear bits rattling? You can't hear it at idle or when driving but just wondered firstly if this was fairly normal or if there was anything I could do to clear it out? Advice would be much appreciated. thanks in advance

Is it knocking on a heat shield or something else mate?

That's what I'd look at. Get it over a pit with it running and check it out.

The exhaust itself is not knocking, it's just a tinny/bitty rattle from inside the back box, like it's got lots of little bits shaking round in it?

Take a video mate and post it up so we can hear the sound someone maybe able diagnose the fault better

Had some little ****s put stones in my back box once... rattled no end. Also had the baffles in a tigra back box rust and rattle...
