ScoobyClinic Ford

Hi All,
I'm planing on going to ScoobyClinic to have a few bits sorted out, but Iv lowered my car since I last went & I'm wondering if I can make it over the ford without damaging the underside of my Scooby.
Has anyone else made it over in a lowered car without damaging their pride & joy?
Thanks, Richard.

My old classic was that low we had to use chocks of wood to get it on the dyno at sc and it went through the ford with no probs :thumb:

We have had a little bit of light rain recently.
Might be worth checking.

How low is it, my newage managed it

My car is low and I make it over no problem, my worries would be if the engine is high enough to make it thru the rise in water hight :D

Thanks guys, I'll get it booked in when the rain stops.

Its the water level in the stream you have to worry about at the minute with the rain we`ve had, most cars make it over lowered or otherwise without any issues mate.;)

Cheers Wagonman, how do they do any work when the weather is like this? I was worried about ripping my exhaust or bumper off before, now I'm scared of hydraulicing my engine. If the rain ever stops I'll call Kev & book it in. The ford is worrying but at least the guys at the clinic know their stuff.

Was there a week ago in my newage which is lowered and had no worries.

Well I needn't have worried, went today & my lowered classic didn't touch atall, no hint of a scrape, & even after all the rain it was only about ankle deep.
