RA Dunk 05 July 2012 11:00 PM

jonc 05 July 2012 11:01 PM

He's a horrible man and he should STFU!

f1_fan 05 July 2012 11:02 PM

The bloke is a legend and a lot sharper than many think!

zip106 05 July 2012 11:04 PM

With that beady eyed sneer and a pointy wag of his finger, he gesticulated to the politicians.....'you're all in it together....'

RA Dunk 05 July 2012 11:05 PM

Was a bloody good musician in his day TBH. although a wee bit wacky at times.

tony de wonderful 05 July 2012 11:06 PM

I don't think he's malicious but he's got nothing to add.

Ok, he started out pretty well, but then just began to waffle and became a bit irksome.

His original basic point was sound, though.

Not quite the fireworks I'd hoped for.

Although I'm sure that's the first time I've heard the word 'tw4t' uttered on QT.... :lol1:

Yeah he made some valid points but overall I think he came across as a bit of a prat. Especially his comments that giving kids as much info as possible about drugs would stop a lot of problems - like 14 year olds will make grown up decisions on this basis. And he got caught out when he was reminded about the misery that the drugs trade brings in places like Mexico/Afghanistan.

Surprised to hear Louise Mensch (the thinking pensioner's crumpet) talking about her dabbling in Class A.

Reminded me to load Leftism onto my iPod!

Like his music, not so keen on his views

Glowplug 06 July 2012 07:30 PM

I've always liked Lydons attitude. I use to think it was just his Pistols image at first. I don't do politics but i watched it just because it was Lydon. I can't lie, I was hoping it would kick off. :norty:
