Galaxy S3 Notifications
 

Does anyone know if there is a way to get notifications to be displayed in the centre of the screen when it's locked? Just like I dare say it iOS5.

It's the one thing so far that I don't like, I would hope that there might be an app for it or even a hidden setting I am not aware of.

Also can someone please recommend a site/forum for an Android newbie. :)

What notifications do you mean, everything? I found several for text notifications that did what i wanted better. Best search GooglePlay.

As for the forums, i've been on here a couple of years when i got the Desire. Good friendly, helpful bunch.
