Whats my car worth?
Just after a rough estimation. The car is in a good condition with carpark dings and touched up scratches which dont look great but engine ect is fine.
Its a dark blue 2002 bugeye wagon. 3rd owner, interior spotless, full service history and £13000 worth of recipts over the last 10 years. It is standard apart from the prodrive backbox (still have the original) has done 117000 miles. any rough ideas guys? toying with the idea of buying blobeye |
2 - 2.5k ? at a guess.. might be way off though

£2000.

£2,000. It's a 10 year old wagon mate, and not an STi. Plus it's got higher miles, 100k+ seems to be a mental barrier for some.
Hopefully the comprehensive history comes in handy :) |
Because of rarity the bug wagon is worth a couple of hundred more than the bug and are usually less abused......
£2,200 then and be prepared to accept less :) On a good day with a following wind. Shjaun |
yay for my quote being more or less accurate

Another question on this:
What will such a car be worth during winter? Like late December, early January when they are cheapest... This year I namely saw many lovely Blobeye GX's (yeah, I know I know, it's not a WRX) go for prices between 1000 and 1500. |
Price of these cars is almost entirely dependant on condition...........it's a 10 year old car after all LOL
Time of year doesn't matter much. A shed is a shed if it's sunny or snowing :) Shaun |
