wheel nut spaces

Hi i purchased a set of alloys back in December got them cheap as they had worn tyres on....
I have just got round to putting them onto 1 of the Subaru's and found they do not fit.
The distance between wheel nut holes is considerably larger then the ones fitted but they have got STI in 2 places on the rims and look exactly like hawk-eye sti wheels.
I have attempted to put them onto my classic and put the wheels from my classic onto my bug-eye so i know they are the same but im wondering if the hawk-eye has different spaces?
If the hawks are the same anyone know what they are off maybe a forester?
If anyone could shed some light on it for me would be very grateful as at least i shall know what to do with them or sell them on knowing what they fit onto unlike the seller before me
Many thanks
Andrew

are the wheels hawk/05 blob sti wheels?

from my 05 sti the pcd changed to 5x 114.3 pcd , when classics and wrx's have 5 x100 pcd

you can get adapters to convert the pcd , but will also space the wheels out a bit more

hope this helps

I think they may well be. That would explain that then.
Cheers for the reply
