Guage Instal - EDFC Controller

Ok. Puzzled (again)

Cable for the controller.
All time power - Yellow cable
Accessory power - Red cable
Illumination power - Green cable
Ground cable - Black

Q. The green cable... where do i wire this to?

Q. Can i wire it to a 12v live?
