I need to get them both repaired, can anybody recoomend anybody who can repair them cheap, to have it done properly its gonna be 250 per watch.

Id like to try get it cheaperm by an independant Watch repairer.

Thanks

I used a local jeweller on the high st (not chain) to fix mine, they sent them off to Tag themselves, did cost me about £200 at the time and included a service, we are going back 6 years though and took about a month to get the bugger back

I use Steve Burrage personally

Well regarded, fast and reasonably priced. With respect, the watches you have aren't worth a great deal.

If they haven't had water ingress, I bet Steve can fix them quite cheaply.

Also, if you join TZ-UK there is a guy on there (gingerboy) who will re-finish your watch. He did a Breitling Aerospace for me it looks MINT now and it's 12 years old!

sending them back to the Tag Factory is the only way to retain the waterproof guarantee. My F1 chrono has only had one battery change and its been in daily use for almost 19 years :)
