8740's 45ftlbs, 2000's 55ftlbs with lube

Cheers for the replys chaps.
The engraving on the top of the rod bolts says:
ARP2000 SCAT -06 also they are 3/8ths
So i presume it will be 55ftlbs / 74.6nm ?.
Now to find some moly lube.

I have some ' Torco MPZ Engine Assembly Lube '
Can i use this to to lube the rod bolts ?.

Better to use the proper stuff, it ensures torque is correct
