Main fusible link

Hi

Car: UK 2000 turbo, MY00

I need what I believe is the main fusible link which is in the relay box under the bonnet. It is black with a clear top and has 80v and 32a stamped on it.

I think it is the fusible link - if it isn't then I need the relay that I've described because the metal strip in it is broke and there is no power.
