That sounds a bit cheap to me fella for doing bad rear arches and major rust around screen including colour change, complete spray job??

Not being funny but I would be checking to see it gets done right at that amount, just a heads up of course:thumb:

A proper job on the arches is £450+. But from experience unless they chop out the old arch and rust, it will be back in a few months.

Cannon Fodder 24 May 2012 09:15 PM

I saw a classic that Jarvis was doing a similar repair to, and he had to chop out a lot metal outside the wheel arch area and as for the rear screen area it looked like an even big horror story.

That car in all honesty should to my mind have been written off it was that bad. :cuckoo:

Looks a tidy job that mate in all fairness, I need to get mine looked at very soon as i have one or two small bubbles showing themselves on my pass rear arch, seems to be getting quite common on the classics now as they get older.
Good job done

Rob

555sport555 04 June 2012 03:48 PM
