Fault code 23 (MAF sensor) on my classic. Where's best place to get a new one.. cheap

Hi guys,

Looks like im lucky to have got a code up to be honest as it seems that generally MAF's just fail and dont flag up. Anyway it has... so where do i get a new one?

Its driving like a dog and i remember the same feeling as i had on my old MY99

This is a 2001 classic Turbo by the way.

Last time i paid about £85

Whats the going rate and where do i get one from?

Thanks

Hi,

TBH it's best to get a genuine one form the dealers or Import Car Parts, I paid approx £100 +vat last year.

I tried aftermarket ones - they were just crap... !

Also so can this fault cause it be a bit jerky on light throttle? and cause boost to come in different??
Oh and do you have match the maf up to the colour lable thats on it?

Well I got one from Subaru in the end for £117.

Fixed the problem but it's still a bit funny boosting.
