Changing front Subaru badge

Hi all. Thinking of changing my front Subaru badge for a different coloured one. Are they difficult to change over? Are they just stuck on? Many thanks guys. :wonder:

Just stuck on but very well, you may damage the surround getting it off, my suggestion is remove grille and use a heat gun on the reverse side to soften glue.

i changed my blob one to a genuine pink i version.

heat up as blue said then drill a small hole behind badge and push out, this avoids damaging the grill.

Thanks Tubbytommy. I fancy a pink badge too! Think it will look great matched up with red/pinky STI Type UK lettering on the back. Fancy removing Subaru and Impreza WRX off rear too. Found some helpful threads on here so just in process of growing some man spuds before taking the plunge!!

the grill is easy to damage so dont try to lever badge out from the front.

i wanted to match the sti badge on the grill too, genuine ones are expensive but look the best cheap copies dont fit or look right.

I got mine off with some strong thin string, fishing line I think I used, came off easily.

I had the original black I badge on my classic, so I removed it and some wet and dry to remove the paint and painted it yellow and put back on.

Heat itnupnwith a hair dryer and some fishing line /gat gut / nylon behind it and remove Ian sawing action as there is 2strong sticky pads behind it
Don't try to force with screwdriver as grills are expensive if you crack it
