It's "snobs" mate, only one "b".

It derives from ages ago when public schools noted next to pupils who were NOT from "noble" families, "sans nobilite", (French: without nobility), and the abbreviation, "s.nob", was used.

It became a word for someone trying to be posher than they actually are.

And even the word "posh" derives from the old steamship days, when people with money requested cabins: "Port (side) out, Starboard (side) home", abbreviated to POSH.

Im guessing the fcuker that stole those wheels out of my garden a few weeks back was a fully blown, trackys tucked into the socks, burberry wearing, rolly smokin, baby factory of a chavvy chav ....... id quite happily beat him with a bat!

All a snobs going to do is annoy me with a plum shaped accent ..... that i can happily ignore!

"Snobs" don't tend to damage things, give you abuse for no reason and generally be a risk to everyone around them..

you just have to decide which of the two you would hit harder :)

I do find it amusing when we play tennis you see some people in their £100 lacoste polo shirts and designer tennis rackets looking down at us mortals playing.

Then you go into town and see the p1ssed up chavs wearing exactly the same gear thinking it makes them look classy .

Paying that much for something you're going to sweat buckets in.... madness! I see this down the gym too. Guys wearing pristine sportswear, but at least they do very little to spoil it! lol If you're working out/playing sports, who gives a crap if you're in designer wear or not.

In fact, who gives a crap anyway. Paying some poncey brand £100 to wear a shirt to advertise their brand which was made by some kid on 2p a week in India!
