Wish they'd hire him an assistant. They must lose shedloads of potential customers. Rocket science it aint!

I closed 3 policies with them as I got fed up with the crap service. One left running part will change that next year.

It's not all about saving the most money, someone calling you back or even sending you the correct proof of no claims would be a good start.

I`ve only ever rang him twice and each time he answered the phone :D

I try him every year on renewal, no problem speaking with him, but unfortunately hasn't been able to beat my renewal so haven't used them yet, maybe this year.
