Just come to upload some pics for the first time since the change to FTP, and guess what - can't do it!

Tried creating a new network connection with the FTP address, but can't get past the password page. Have tried to alter the existing connection as well but that won't work either.

Help!?

Matt

You should have got an email stating they were changing their homepages setup sometime last week.

I'll try and dig it out for you.

BuRR, I got that, but can't seem to make it work. I've just got the web address as a "network Place", and can't change it to make it work.

I just changed the address to : ftp.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk
and left the username and password the same. No probs :)

What changes do you need to make?
---------------------------------

From Wednesday April 24, YOU WILL NEED TO CHANGE YOUR FTP PROGRAM SETTINGS to upload to a new address. The address people use to view your website will not change as part of this migration.

Your current FTP upload address is:
www.<aliasname>.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk

IMPORTANT: You will need to run your FTP program and alter its settings to point to ftp.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk

There are a number of guides for configuring popular FTP software available on our helpsite at:

http://help.blueyonder.co.uk/publish/software_ftp.html

If you experience any difficulties performing the change, you should contact the supplier of your FTP software, or visit their website, for assistance.

Microsoft FrontPage users who are uploading via the HTTP option in the publishing configuration need to make no changes. If you use FrontPage and upload via FTP, you need to make the same change as above.

I'll take a look into it later.
