It was then washed with PH neutral shampoo using a lambswool wash mit and buckets with scratch shield grit guards, Before claying, washing again and then masking up.
Paint depths were taken on every panel to make sure there were no hidden horrors, Everything was fine.
This is an idea of the level of correction that was achieved

Nice job, if you dont mind me asking what did it cost for that correction detail? (pm me if you perfer

Stunning car, was looking at a type 25 (already got a type 20) but decided against it now, going with something else from mr litchfield (keeping the type 20 as well though)

excuse the silly question, but what exactly is paint correction??
always wondered this and what is involved in the process.

The Pink Ninja 21 April 2012 10:24 PM

Paint Correction = Correcting any defects in/on the paint :D

Usually a machine polish with a compound polish which vary from fine to quite abrasive etc.. depending on how much work is required to get the paint restored, Removing light scratches, scuffs, swirl marks etc.. Then sealed and waxed :thumb:
